About the role

Manage the day-to-day operations of the Rehabilitation Home and ensure smooth functioning.

Supervise and coordinate caregivers, nurses, housekeeping, kitchen, and other support staff.

Ensure proper care, safety, hygiene, nutrition, and well-being of residents.

Monitor staff attendance, duty schedules, leave, and performance.

Monitor food quality, housekeeping standards, medicines, supplies, and inventory.

Ensure compliance with organisational policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Coordinate with the Head Office and submit regular operational reports.

Handle emergencies and ensure appropriate action is taken when required.

Support staff training, team development, and performance improvement.

Manage home-related expenses and ensure proper utilisation of resources.
