About the role
Fireblaze Technologies is an AI-driven edtech company based in Nagpur offering industry-focused training programs in Data Science, Full Stack Development, and AI/ML. We operate across three branches and are scaling our student enrollment to achieve aggressive growth targets.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Define and executethe marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan
- Coordinate all marketing activitiesto generate qualified leads for our programs
- Collaborate with other teams(Sales, Academics) to promote our course offerings
- Inform clients and prospectsof products and services through creative digital marketing strategies
- Track performanceof all marketing campaigns and provide monthly ROI reports
- Manage ad spendacross Google Ads, Meta, and other digital channels (₹2,00,000–4,00,000/month budget)
- Optimize conversion funnelfrom leads to office visits to enrollments
- Mentor and managesocial media and content team members
Requirements
Qualification
- Bachelor's degreeor equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years' experiencein marketing, preferably in lead generation or performance marketing
- Proven track recordgenerating leads for B2C or educational programs
- Proficiencyin digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics)
- Ability to multi-taskand manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Data-driven mindsetwith ability to track, analyze, and report on KPIs
Preferred Qualifiations
- Experience in edtech, online learning, or student recruitment
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Experience with content creation and copywriting
- Knowledge of SEO and email marketing
