About the role
- Strong experience in plastic parts design
- Experience in DFx, basic engineering calculations, and part selection
- Proficiency in CAD tools (3D modeling, 2D drafting, and tolerance analysis)
- Good to have: Experience in fluid mechanics (design of pumps, valves, and other fluid handling systems)
- Good to have: Exposure to design and development in a medical device environment
- Good to have: Product/Component testing experience (writing test protocols, analyzing test data, writing test reports etc.)
- Good to have: Basic understanding of PCBA design and detailing
- Preferred CAD tool: Creo and SolidWorks
