Mern Stack Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior MERN Stack Developer to lead the development of scalable web applications and RESTful services. You will play a key role in system architecture, code review, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring delivery of high-performance solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain robust full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
• Architect and implement RESTful APIs and microservices
• Manage cloud infrastructure on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, and DevOps
• Write clean, modular, and testable code with unit/integration testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, etc.)
• Participate in and lead code reviews, architecture discussions, and Agile ceremonies
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team
• Maintain documentation and ensure best practices across the development lifecycle
• Continuously explore new technologies and stay updated with industry trends

• 8+ years of professional experience in full-stack development
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, and TypeScript
• Expertise in React.js (including Redux, Context API, Hooks)
• Deep experience in Node.js with frameworks like Express.js
• Strong understanding of MongoDB, including indexing, aggregation, and performance tuning
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines)
• Experience with cloud services (AWS Lambda, S3, EC2, etc.)
• Solid grasp of Git and version control workflows
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and JIRA

• Experience with Next.js, GraphQL, or WebSockets
• Background in unit testing, TDD, and BDD
• Exposure to Serverless architecture
• Hands-on experience with NoSQL and SQL databases
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to break down complex technical issues
