Mern Stack Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled MERN Stack Developer with 4-7 years of experience to join our growing engineering team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in building scalable web applications using the MERN Stack along with hands-on experience in AWS Cloud services. You will work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable applications.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN Stack.
• Build robust backend APIs using Node.js and Express.js .
• Develop responsive and high-performance user interfaces using React.js .
• Design and optimise MongoDB databases for high availability and performance.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS Cloud.
• Integrate third-party APIs and payment gateways where required.
• Implement authentication, authorisation, and security best practices.
• Optimise application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Write reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Collaborate with DevOps, QA, Product, and Design teams throughout the SDLC.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers when required.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure smooth application performance.

Requirements:

• Frontend: React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5 CSS3 Bootstrap / Tailwind CSS, Redux / Context API.
• Backend: Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs, JWT Authentication, API Security.
• Database: MongoDB, Mongoose, Database Design, Query Optimisation.
• Cloud (Mandatory): AWS, EC2 S3 Lambda, CloudWatch, IAM, RDS (Good to Have).
• DevOps and Tools: Git, GitHub / Bitbucket, Docker (Preferred), Jenkins / GitHub Actions (Good to Have).
• Additional Skills: Microservices Architecture, Redis, WebSockets, GraphQL (Good to Have), Unit Testing, CI/CD Pipelines, Agile / Scrum.
