About the role
Requirements:
- 8+ years building ML systems; 1-3+ years managing engineers or leading a team.
- Hands-on experience across the full ML lifecycle: data, training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Strong Python and ML framework skills (MLflow/PyTorch/TensorFlow); comfortable in cloud ML environments.
- A track record of shipping ML to production, not just experimenting.
- Clear communicator who can lead people and still ship code.
