Module Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Team Lead with a strong foundation in Python to guide our development team in delivering high-quality software solutions. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Lead and manage a team of software developers, ensuring timely delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Design, develop, and implement robust software solutions using Python, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Mentor and support team members in their professional development, promoting best practices in software development.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, integrating relevant advancements into the team's workflow.
• Facilitate effective communication within the team and with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and timelines.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery, proactively addressing challenges as they arise.

• Strong proficiency in Python programming, with a deep understanding of its frameworks and libraries.
• Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing software development projects.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Knowledge of database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
• Understanding of software security best practices and data protection regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in software development or project management are a plus.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating previous projects and contributions to software development.
