About the role
Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed eye examinations and vision tests.
- Prescribe corrective lenses and provide professional eye care advice.
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate frames and lenses.
- Identify eye health issues and refer patients when required.
- Maintain accurate patient records and reports.
- Ensure hygiene, equipment calibration, and clinical compliance.
- Support store sales by educating customers on lens options and upgrades.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience aligned with ELUNO brand values.
