About the role
We are looking for a customer-focused Optometrist / Lens Consultant to provide eye-care assistance, recommend suitable lenses, and ensure excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct eye examinations (Optometrist).
- Recommend suitable lenses, frames, and optical solutions.
- Explain lens features, coatings, and product options.
- Assist customers in selecting eyewear.
- Achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain customer records and follow store procedures.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Optometry for the Optometrist position.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in optical retail or lens consulting.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of lenses, frames, and optical products.
