Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Plan
and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other
digital platforms.
- Monitor CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, ROAS, conversions, and overall campaign
performance.
- Generate
quality leads and optimize campaigns to achieve business targets.
- Conduct
keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and campaign
optimization.
- Prepare
daily/weekly performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Coordinate
with the creative and content team for ad creatives and campaigns.
- Manage
campaign budgets and ensure efficient utilization.
- Stay
updated with digital advertising trends and platform changes.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s
degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3
years of experience in Performance/Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on
knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics/GA4.
- Strong
analytical and reporting skills.
- Good
communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience
in lead generation and conversion optimization is preferred.
