About the role
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute full-funnel paid marketing campaigns for e-commerce brands.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth via Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Shopping, Performance Max, and other channels.
- Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, CLTV, and conversion rates.
- Analyze performance data and deliver weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with e-commerce, inventory, CRM, and creative teams to align marketing with business goals.
- Lead A/B testing for creatives, messaging, and audiences.
- Leverage AI tools and automation to improve efficiency.
- Mentor and manage a team of performance marketers.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in e-commerce performance marketing.
- Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Solid understanding of analytics, attribution, and scaling strategies.
- Experience with CRM tools and dynamic retargeting is a plus.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum relevant experience of 1 to 3 years.
- Strong team management and team mentoring skills.
- Experience in paid campaign management/Google Ads/Facebook Ads and relevant roles.
- Hands-on experience in online marketing and brand management. (Preferably on retail fashion/lifestyle brands).
- Exposure to branding, advertising, and online marketing (agency experience).
- Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Responsible self-starter, innovative thinker, analytical, detail-oriented; comfortable in a metrics-driven business environment.
