About the role
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Shopping).
- You've personally managed monthly spend of at least 2-5 lakhs across accounts.
- Strong grasp of Meta Ads Manager campaign objectives, Advantage+, custom audiences, lookalikes, pixel/CAPI setup.
- Comfortable with Google Ads keyword research, Search campaigns, conversion tracking, PMax basics.
- Active daily user of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar). You can show us prompts you've actually written and workflows you've built.
- Confident on client calls; you can present numbers, hold your ground, and explain things clearly without jargon.
- Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills: pivot tables, basic formulas, building performance dashboards.
- Analytical mindset: you can look at a table of numbers and tell a story.
- Clear written communication in English; your WhatsApp messages and emails will go directly to founders of premium brands.
- Experience with D2C or ecommerce brands (Shopify, WooCommerce).
- Familiarity with GA4 Meta Pixel events, and Conversion API setup.
- Exposure to creative testing frameworks and ad copy writing.
- Worked at an agency before (you understand client cadence).
