About the role
We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, campaign optimization, lead generation, and performance analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Generate high-quality leads while maintaining a target cost per lead (CPL).
- Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, and ROI.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize budgets accordingly.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams for ad creatives and landing pages.
