About the role
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google and other performance channels.
- Own a monthly media budget of ₹2-5 crore and be directly accountable for CAC and ROAS.
- Partner with content, design and analytics to keep improving campaign performance.
- Turn performance data into a clear point of view — what's working, what to cut, what to scale.
- Manage relationships with media and creative agencies and platform partners as needed.
