About the role
A role in the Media & Entertainment industry focused on Fashion and Broadcast staffing and operations. The position supports senior leadership in a fast-paced TV and fashion production environment, delivering high-touch administrative, travel, and stakeholder coordination across India. This is an on-site role that requires discretion, impeccable organisation, and a service-first mindset.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and schedules for senior leadership, prioritising meetings and resolving conflicts to maximise executive time.
- Coordinate domestic travel and accommodation logistics end-to-end, prepare detailed itineraries, and handle last‑minute changes.
- Prepare meeting materials, take accurate minutes, follow up on action items, and track deliverables to closure.
- Process and reconcile expense reports, vendor invoices, and basic bookkeeping in coordination with finance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, external partners, and talent—screening requests and routing communications efficiently.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, manage personal/administrative errands, and support ad-hoc production or event needs on site.

Additional Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role in media, fashion, or fast‑paced corporate settings.
- Excellent written and spoken English; comfort liaising with senior stakeholders and external talent.
- Willingness to work on-site across India and to travel locally as required.
