About the role
Responsibilities:
- Architect solutions and respond to proposals, meeting basic requirements and identifying and proposing transformations.
- Assist the sales team in qualifying potential customers.
- Conduct proof of concept and proof of value for customers.
- Prepare cost estimates and technical proposals to meet customers' requirements.
- Prepare and present proposed solutions to customers.
- Prepare and present the bill of quantities.
- Prepare and present the Scope of Work Document.
- Prepare and present the High-Level Design Document and Low-Level Design Document.
- Conduct in-house training for the sales team and provide knowledge support to the entire sales team.
- Respond to requests for information (RFIs) or requests for proposals (RFPs) from customers.
- Work closely with the Post-Sales team as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Strong understanding of security solutions such as firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, vulnerability assessments, and incident response.
- Knowledge of security products and services such as NGFW, Endpoint Security, SASE, SSE, Web Security, Email and Application Security, Cloud Security, DLP, Log Management, SIEM, SOAR, Network Security Assessment, etc., from all leading OEMs.
- Capable of presenting the company's products and services portfolio to customers.
- Knowledge of Cisco Switching, Routing, and Wireless solutions, LAN, WAN, WAP, etc., from all leading OEMs.
