About the role
At Arintra, the product is the nerve centre of how we build. As a Principal PM, you will shape strategy, influence company direction, and lead complex AI-driven healthcare initiatives. You will work closely with engineering, clinical, and data science teams to solve high-impact problems in US healthcare.
Responsibilities:
- Own product vision and strategy for a core business line and drive it end-to-end.
- Lead 01 and scale initiatives across AI/ML-driven healthcare products.
- Translate complex customer workflows into scalable, intuitive B2B SaaS solutions.
- Define success metrics across adoption, efficiency, retention, and ROI.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, clinical, GTM, and leadership teams.
- Influence pricing, packaging, and market positioning strategies.
- Mentor and guide other PMs, raising the overall product quality bar.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Product Management.
- At least 3 years of experience working on AI/ML-powered products.
- Minimum 3 years of B2B product experience (preferably in SaaS or enterprise tech).
- Strong technical background (Engineering degree or prior development experience).
- Experience from top campuses or reputed product companies is preferred.
- Proven track record of building and scaling data-driven, workflow-heavy products.
- Exceptional communication skills with strong storytelling ability.
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and influence stakeholders without authority.
