JD for Procurement:

Responsible for sourcing of construction materials and identifying new vendors and

maintaining vendor databases.

·         Evaluation and rating of Suppliers, Negotiating price, terms, delivery and allied

aspects.

·         Liaise and build relationships with vendors to facilitate favourable Purchase &

contract terms, uninterrupted supply and availability of services at the time of crisis

·         Developing new vendors to get competitive prices from the right source.

·         Vendor Evaluation, Vendor registration in the ERP system.

·         Preparation of Techno Commercial Evaluation.

·         Preparation of Purchase Order / Work Orders & issue to the vendors.

·         Expediting with the vendors & ensure the timely delivery of material to site.

·         Coordinate with the finance department for the release of Advance, LC & Payments.
