About the role
Responsibilities:
- Analyse user behaviour, engagement, and operational data to drive business decisions.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyse large datasets.
- Build dashboards and reports using Tableau / Power BI.
- Work closely with product, operations, and business teams to identify growth opportunities.
- Track key metrics such as retention, conversion, usage, and funnel performance.
- Provide insights to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Support data-driven decision-making across business functions.
Requirements:
- Strong expertise in SQL (mandatory).
- Experience in Python (good to have, not mandatory).
- Hands-on experience with Tableau / Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with B2C apps/platforms (consumer-facing products).
