About the role
Responsibilities:
- Own the design process across discovery, ideation, execution, and delivery.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and product to shape product direction and drive execution.
- Bring clarity to complex problems, turning them into seamless user experiences.
- Advocate for the user while balancing business and technical constraints from the long-term perspective.
- Contribute to and help improve our design system and best practices

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a UX/Product Designer.
- Experience in the end-to-end product development process.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Bias for action: Having a strong sense of urgency in delivering outcomes.
- Move fast without impacting the quality of outcomes.
- High ownership: You take initiative, bring clarity, and move things forward.
- Strong UI craft and problem-solving skills.
- Strong product sense and deep empathy for users.
- Someone who thrives in hybrid, fast-moving teams.
