Product Engineer

We are looking for a passionate Product Engineer – Full Stack with 3–5 years of experience to build scalable, high-performance software solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work across backend, frontend, and cloud technologies while contributing to product design, architecture, and technical decision-making.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs.
  
• Build, enhance, and maintain responsive web and mobile applications using modern frontend technologies.
  
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality product features.
  
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.
  
• Develop and optimize database queries and data models for high-performance applications.
  
• Work with messaging systems, containerized applications, and cloud-native services.
  
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
  
• Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and code reviews.
  
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, engineering standards, and product innovation.
  
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements where appropriate.
  

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  
• 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
  
• Strong backend development experience in Go (Golang) or another strongly typed language such as Java, C#, C++, Rust, with a willingness to learn Go.
  
• Experience working with React, Flutter, or similar modern frontend frameworks.
  
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, HTTP protocols, and software design principles.
  
• Solid knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
  
• Hands-on experience with unit testing and integration testing.
  
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and software engineering best practices.
  
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
