Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Lead with a strong emphasis on Azure Data Factory (ADF) to oversee and manage end-to-end ETL pipeline development projects. The ideal candidate will possess proven expertise in Azure Data Factory, Informatica PowerCenter, Oracle SQL/PL-SQL, and SAP HANA. This role requires a strong background in cloud technologies, BI reporting, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions.

• Lead and manage ETL development projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Design, develop, and implement ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Informatica PowerCenter.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Oversee the integration of various data sources, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Utilize Oracle SQL/PL-SQL and SAP HANA for data manipulation and reporting.
• Implement BI reporting solutions using OBIEE, BIP Reports, and BI Apps.
• Manage and optimize cloud-based data solutions, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
• Utilize job scheduling tools such as Control-M, Tidal, and Automic to manage ETL workflows.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

• Proven expertise in Azure Data Factory (ADF) as a primary ETL tool.
• Strong knowledge of Informatica PowerCenter 10.x, IICS, and Informatica IDQ.
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL/PL-SQL and SAP HANA.
• Experience in end-to-end ETL pipeline development.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and BI reporting tools.
• Strong skills in Unix Shell Scripting (KSH).

• Experience with additional databases such as DB2 and MQ.
• Knowledge of Informatica components including Source Analyzer, Warehouse Designer, Mapplet Designer, and Transformation Developer.
• Familiarity with job scheduling tools like Control-M, Tidal, and Automic.
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).

• Must have at least 7 years of experience
• Must have telecom domain experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
