• Lead and manage projects focused on Insurance Annuities and Policy Administration, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are achieved on time.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct project reviews and retrospectives to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
• Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to annuities and policy administration.
• Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

• Proven project management skills with a strong focus on delivering results.
• In-depth knowledge of Insurance Annuities and Policy Administration processes.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the insurance industry.
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies.

• Understanding of change management principles and practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
