About the role
- At least 3 years technical/engineer experience in the field
- Minimum 3 years experience in Food Manufacturing and/or Dairy Production
- Minimum 3 years experience in managing a team in either research and product development, project management or new product development
- Background with process improvement programs and procedures required
- Advanced knowledge of biological systems and plant technical activities
- Knowledge of production operations management for quality, yield and cost
- Strong communication and problem solving skills, with the ability to communicate cross functionally
