About the role
Strong hands-on experience in automation testing across UI or backend applications. Proficiency in Python or Java, with a strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts. Ability to independently write code, build automation solutions, troubleshoot issues, and take end-to-end ownership of deliverables. Candidates should be capable of independently owning a feature, developing the automation solution, and ensuring the expected results. Experience in developing and maintaining automation test cases, with an expected scale of approximately 100-200 test cases. Exposure to AI and AI-driven testing is an added advantage but not mandatory. Candidates without AI experience can also be considered if they demonstrate strong programming and automation capabilities. Prioritize hands-on engineers who can independently code, build, debug, and maintain automation solutions. Look for strong technical problem-solving skills and end-to-end ownership. Avoid profiles focused primarily on leadership or management responsibilities.
