AWS security best practices, CIS benchmarks, and customer-specific compliance frameworks.
• Automate infrastructure drift detection and configuration compliance validation as part of
ongoing post-deployment quality monitoring.
Performance & Load Testing
• Design and execute performance and load testing scenarios using JMeter and Locust to
validate that migrated and modernised workloads meet agreed SLAs and performance
benchmarks on AWS.
• Conduct baseline performance profiling of source environments prior to migration and conduct
comparative benchmarking post-migration to validate performance parity or improvement.
• Identify and report performance bottlenecks, scalability constraints, and capacity risks, working
with Cloud Engineers to remediate issues before production cutover.
• Configure performance test environments on AWS to simulate realistic production traffic
patterns, including load distribution, concurrent user modelling, and throughput simulation.
• Document performance test results, analysis findings, and recommended remediation actions
in customer-facing test reports.
Defect Lifecycle Management
• Own the end-to-end defect lifecycle across ProServ engagements, including defect
identification, logging, classification, prioritisation, assignment, and resolution tracking using
Jira and/or Azure DevOps.
• Conduct root cause analysis for critical defects, documenting findings and lessons learned to
improve quality processes across future engagements.
• Produce clear, well-structured defect reports and quality status dashboards to keep project
leads, Solutions Architects, and customer stakeholders informed of quality posture.
• Drive defect resolution sprint cycles, facilitating defect triage meetings and ensuring timely
remediation in alignment with project cutover schedules.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of quality processes, test tooling, and automation
coverage across Cloud Kinetics’ ProServ PoD delivery practice.
