About the role
- Minimum of six months to one year of experience in Customer Service/Collections/Healthcare/Insurance campaign(s) in international programs (US/UK).
- Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Good knowledge of customer care processes and techniques.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Should be flexible to work in Night shifts (UK / US time zones).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Graduation is a must.
