Job Title: Quality Control Executive
Industry: Precision Injection Moulding
Location: Bangalore – Harohalli Industrial Area
Experience: 3 to 5 years
Job Purpose
To inspect and ensure quality of precision injection-moulded plastic components as per defined standards and customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect moulded components using visual and basic measuring tools
- Check dimensions, surface finish, and defects as per quality standards
- Record inspection results and maintain quality reports
- Segregate rejected parts and inform supervisors
- Follow SOPs, safety, and quality guidelines on the shop floor
- Support QC team in routine quality checks
Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical or tool making
- Basic knowledge of mechanical drawings and measurements preferred
Skills Required
- Attention to detail
- Basic understanding of quality inspection
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
