About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Manager to drive business growth through Channel Partners, Brokers, and Direct End Customers.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills, along with a proven ability to convert leads and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop relationships with Channel Partners and Brokers

Drive direct sales with end customers

Conduct client meetings, presentations, site visits and project walkthroughs

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales closures

Maintain accurate MIS, sales reports, and pipeline tracking
-
Build long-term relationships with customers and channel partners
-
Represent the organization professionally at all customer touchpoints
Candidate Requirements

3+ years of sales experience

Experience handling Channel Partners and End Customers

Strong communication and presentation skills

Excellent negotiation and relationship-management abilities

Target-oriented and customer-focused approach

Willingness to work in a field/on-site sales environment
