Responsibilities- Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions
- Negotiate compensation and benefits packages
- Onboard new employees and provide them with training and support
- Maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Track and report on hiring metrics
- Willing to work in Eastern Time Zone
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting and staffing
- Strong knowledge of the recruiting process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
