About the role
As a Relationship Manager at BricksToHome, you will be the key point of contact for clients, helping them find the right property while ensuring a smooth and professional buying experience.
Responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries and build long-term relationships.
- Conduct property site visits and walkthroughs (especially on weekends).
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable projects.
- Coordinate with builders and internal teams for smooth closures.
- Follow up with leads and maintain proper client records.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Assist clients throughout the buying journey from site visit to closure.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Any Graduate.
- Experience: 1-4 years.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Interest in real estate sales and client-facing roles.
- Target-driven and self-motivated mindset.
- Willingness to travel within Bangalore.
- Knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market is a plus.
- Two-wheeler/vehicle preferred.
