Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end motor insurance business (new & renewals).
- Handle client relationships and ensure high retention.
- Cross-sell general insurance products to existing clients.
- Coordinate with insurers for quotations, policy issuance, and claims support.
- Provide prompt and effective customer service.
- Support business development activities and achieve assigned targets.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in motor and general insurance.
- Good understanding of insurance products and processes.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and work in a target-driven environment.
- No Life Insurance background.
- Experience in Channel development and distribution.
