Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Sales department as a Relationship Manager TASC. This role is pivotal in driving the bank's growth by managing and expanding a portfolio of clients, primarily focusing on Targeted Asset Sales and Cross-selling financial products. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the financial services industry, excellent client relationship management skills, and the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. This position demands a strategic thinker with strong negotiation capabilities and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service while adhering to regulatory compliance and company policies. Responsibilities:-

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to achieve sales targets and business growth.
Identify client needs and recommend appropriate financial products and services, including loans, deposits, and investment options.
Conduct thorough credit assessments and risk analysis to ensure compliance with the bank’s lending policies.
Collaborate with internal teams such as credit, operations, and risk management to facilitate smooth processing of client requests.
Monitor and manage the portfolio to minimize non-performing assets and ensure timely recovery of dues.
Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
Organize and participate in client meetings, product presentations, and promotional events to enhance client engagement.
Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements in all client interactions and documentation.
Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their sales capabilities and product knowledge.
