About the role
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and new business through direct sourcing, field visits, references, DSAs and connectors.
- Meet customers and understand their loan requirements.
- Explain loan products and assist customers with the application process.
- Collect and verify required documents and follow up with customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
- Maintain good customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Banking, NBFC, Housing Finance or Sales.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable with field sales and targets.
