Job Summary
NeetDeep Group, an ELV and Smart Building Solutions provider, is looking for a responsible and safety-conscious Safety Officer to ensure safe working conditions and compliance with safety standards across project sites.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.

Ensure compliance with safety procedures and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Monitor safety during CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, BMS, and Structured Cabling installations.

Ensure safe working practices for electrical work, drilling, ladder usage, and work-at-height activities.

Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for technicians, helpers, and contractors.

Maintain safety inspection reports, incident records, and other required documentation.

Investigate incidents and near misses and implement corrective actions.

Ensure proper housekeeping and safe handling of tools, materials, and equipment.

Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, contractors, and client safety teams.

Monitor compliance with client-specific safety requirements and applicable regulations.
Required Qualifications and Skills

Relevant safety certification or qualification preferred.

1–3 years of experience in site safety, preferably in ELV, electrical, MEP, or construction projects.

Knowledge of PPE, risk assessment, electrical safety, and work-at-height precautions.

Good communication, observation, and reporting skills.
-
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
