About the role
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and business development principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, B2B or B2C partners, and other stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- MBA in Marketing or Public Policy, or a related field (preferred). Certifications (Optional)
- Certification in Sales or Business Development/Marketing or Communications/Public Policy or Political Science.
- Preferred Languages: Marathi, Gujarati, Konkani, Hindi, and English
- Remuneration will be based on their earlier CTC and assessment and interview.
Professional Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Additional knowledge of politics/public affairs, or a related field (desired).
- Proven track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Additional Requirements:
- Creative and strategic in preparing pitch documents.
- Experience with proposal writing and RFP responses.
- Familiarity with data analysis and market research.
