Advising present or prospective clients by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis, operating telephone equipment, automatic dialling systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
Maintaining operations by following policies and procedures and adapting to functional changes.
Upholding quality service by adhering to organizational guidelines.
Reaching potential or existing clients to inform them about a product or service using predefined scripts.
Responding to inquiries regarding products or the company.
Asking questions to understand customer requirements and closing sales.
Understanding the details of each offering and staying updated on any changes to these offerings.
Acquiring and updating individuals' contact details.
Calling active or old customers to encourage the purchase of items.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a telesales representative or in another customer service role.
- Graduate in any field.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets over the phone.
- Ability to switch communication styles.
