What You'll Do-
● Own and drive new business development across growth stage startups, enterprise, and agency verticals
● Identify and unlock high-growth opportunities with marketing heads, brand teams, and content leads
● Collaborate with creative and production teams to build compelling proposals and pitch decks
● Handle inbound and outbound sales pipelines, manage leads, and close deals
● Represent 808 at events, networking forums, and client meetings
● Work closely with the founders on growth strategy, market expansion, and client success
We're Looking For-
● 3-7 years of experience in sales, BD, or client partnerships in creative agencies, production studios, or marketing firms
● Proven ability to sell creative/production services, especially in content, advertising, or branding
● Exceptional communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills
● Strong understanding of the agency landscape and media buying ecosystem
● Hunger for growth and a deep love for content, creativity, and culture
