Job Summary:The role involves assisting customers in selecting jewelry, providing product knowledge, and delightful shopping experience to customers.
Key Responsibilities:Ø Greet and attend customers with warmth, courtesy, and professionalism.Ø Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable jewelry options.Ø Explain product details, pricing, quality, and offers clearly to customers.Ø Maintain in-depth knowledge of jewelry designs, trends, and collections.Ø Handle billing processes and coordinate with the cashier for smooth transactions.Ø Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.Ø Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.Ø Ensure display counters are neat, well-stocked, and visually appealing.Ø Keep updated with promotions, discounts, and store events.Ø Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Experience:Ø 0-5 Years of experience in sales fieldØ Good communication & customer service skillsØ Ability to work well in a team.Ø Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Education:Ø Graduate preferred
