We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Sales Officer in Madurai, Kumbakonam, Salem, and Chennai. Our client is a reputed organization in the Ayurvedic Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals sector seeking skilled and motivated professionals to promote its products and expand market presence. - Promote Ayurvedic pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacies, and distributors.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales targets within the territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Conduct regular product presentations and promotional activities.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Prepare daily sales reports and submit updates to management.
- Coordinate with distributors to ensure product availability.
- Pharmaceutical Sales – Experience in healthcare/pharma product selling.
- Territory Management – Ability to manage assigned regions effectively.
- Communication Skills – Strong customer interaction and presentation skills.
- Negotiation Skills – Ability to close sales and maintain client relationships.
- Customer Relationship Management – Build long-term business partnerships.
- Experience in Ayurvedic product sales.
- Distributor handling experience.
- Knowledge of CRM software.
Candidates with prior Pharma or Sales experience are preferred. Experience in healthcare, FMCG, or pharmaceutical field sales will be an added advantage.
- Minimum: Any Graduation
- Preferred: MBA (Marketing) (Typical)
- Additional Certifications: Sales & Marketing Certifications (Typical)
