Sales Team Lead

Job Title: Sales Team Lead / Head
Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Package: Matching Current CTC
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

• Lead and manage a team of sales executives to meet and exceed revenue targets

• Design and implement strategic sales plans aligned with organizational goals

• Drive daily sales operations with a focus on conversions and team productivity

• Train, mentor, and motivate the team to enhance performance and skill levels

• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead generation and closing

• Monitor key metrics and provide regular reports to senior management

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to support the team and engage with clients effectively

• Experience:

  • 4+ years of proven team-handling experience in sales

  • Prior work experience with TIME, IMS, Career Launcher, BYJU’S, Unacademy, or similar ed-tech/test-prep firms is a must

• Strong track record in managing teams and achieving sales targets

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment

• Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
