About the role
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- 10+ years of enterprise-level software development experience.
- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience with multiple Salesforce implementation projects.
- Strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Security Model.
- Strong experience in Salesforce customisations and configuration.
- Experience building integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Named Credentials, OAuth.
- Good understanding of Salesforce governor limits, security, sharing, and performance optimisation.
- Experience with Git-based version control and CI/CD tools such as Copado.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams.
