About the role
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Delivered 2-4 end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects.
- Expertise in Apex, Apex Triggers, Apex Web Services, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Extensive experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and working with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data model, security model, and governor limits.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and customisation, including: Flows, Workflow Rules, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules.
- Experience implementing enterprise integrations using: REST APIs, SOAP APIs, OAuth 2.0 Platform Events, External systems.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce deployment methodologies, AppExchange packages, Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, and source control tools (Git, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, etc. ).
- Experience in customisation of Salesforce standard functionality.
- Good understanding of the complete Salesforce implementation lifecycle and packaged solution development.
- Proficient in JavaScript, XML, HTML/CSS, and related web technologies.
- Ability to independently drive solution design discussions and provide technical recommendations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Experience working directly with customers, gathering requirements, and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Experience with Salesforce Einstein AI, Agentforce, or other AI-powered CRM solutions.
