- Job Title: Salesforce Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and JavaScript.
- Build and enhance solutions using Agentforce for Sales and Agentforce for Service.
- Develop scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce applications following best practices.
- Integrate Salesforce with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and standard integration patterns.
- Debug, troubleshoot, optimize, and refactor existing Salesforce applications to improve performance and reduce technical debt.
- Develop automation using Salesforce Flow, Einstein AI, and Next Best Action where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce security standards, including field-level security, sharing rules, and secure Apex coding.
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and mentor junior developers.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environment.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend platform improvements.
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Development experience.
- Strong expertise in:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Visualforce
- SOQL/SOSL
- JavaScript
- Salesforce Data Modeling
- Hands-on experience with Agentforce for Sales and Agentforce for Service.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Einstein AI, Flow, and Next Best Action.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Salesforce integration patterns.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, governance, and best practices.
- Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Salesforce Certifications will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
