- Expertise in designing and implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience in developing Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex Classes, Triggers, and Flows to meet complex business requirements.
- Proficient in Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft and Dell Boomi.
- Skilled in SOQL, SOSL, data modeling, and database optimization for scalable application performance.
- Experienced in Salesforce Lightning Experience customization, UI enhancements, and user-centric solution development.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce security architecture, including sharing rules, profiles, roles, and access controls.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Bitbucket, and DevOps practices for streamlined deployments.
- Familiar with OAuth, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Identity Management for secure authentication and authorization.
- Adept at code reviews, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.
