About the role
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience in ABAP development, including RICEF objects.
Proven experience in:
- At least 1 SAP S/4HANA implementation project.
- At least 2 SAP ECC implementation projects, along with support experience.
Deep expertise in the following areas:
- Manage ABAP development activities, ensuring delivery within timelines and budget.
- Design, develop, and review RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
- Collaborate with functional teams to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Participate in design discussions and contribute to technical solutioning.
- Perform code reviews and enforce adherence to project standards and advanced ABAP best practices.
- Estimate development efforts and validate technical designs.
- Engage in and handle multiple deliverables, projects, and change requests independently.
- Mentor and guide junior team members and coordinate across technical teams.
- Support deployment, testing, and post-go-live activities.
- Take ownership of assigned developments and deliver independently.
