About the role
We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with around 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Human Capital Management. The candidate will be responsible for implementation, configuration, support, and enhancement of SAP HCM processes.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and support SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM).
- Handle employee lifecycle processes such as hiring, transfers, promotions, separations, and organizational changes.
- Configure and support time management and payroll processes as required.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP HCM solutions.
- Work with business users to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications, test scenarios, and documentation.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT.
- Coordinate with technical teams for reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms.
- Provide production support and resolve incidents within agreed timelines.
- Participate in SAP HCM implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant SAP HCM experience.
- Strong knowledge of SAP HCM PA/OM.
- Good understanding of time management and payroll.
- Experience in SAP HCM configuration and production support.
- Understanding of integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
- Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
Preferred:
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA HCM or SuccessFactors integration.
- Experience in SAP HCM implementation or migration projects.
- SAP HCM certification is an added advantage.
