About the role
Responsibilities:
- Manage business rules, workflows, and role-based permissions.
- Assist with testing, releases, and production support.
- Support Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, and Compensation modules.
- Support SuccessFactors integrations with SAP and third-party systems.
- Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with CPI, OData, SFAPI, or SuccessFactors integrations.
- Experience with MDF objects, business rules, and workflows.
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Strong troubleshooting and support skills.
- Knowledge of role-based permissions and data models.
