Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school and ensure the effective delivery of academic programs
- Develop and implement a vision for academic excellence, based on best practices and current educational trends
- Create and maintain a positive and supportive school culture that promotes learning and student achievement
- Manage the school's budget, resources, and personnel, including hiring, evaluating, and mentoring staff
- Collaborate with teachers and other stakeholders to establish academic goals and implement strategies to achieve them
- Develop and maintain partnerships with families, community organizations, and other educational institutions
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local education laws and regulations
- Represent the school in local and regional education forums and committees
- Promote a safe and inclusive environment for all students, staff, and families
Requirements
- A master's degree in education or a related field
- Bachlor's in Education Degree
- A minimum of 5 years of successful experience as a school principal or in a similar leadership role
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- A deep commitment to student achievement and educational excellence
- The ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, families, and community partners
