About the role
Participates in the project life cycle of any digitization projects. Support integration activities.
Participate in process simplification and automation.
Handling of QMS events such as Deviations, RCI, CAPA, and Change Management associated with Trackwise any new application.
Assists in business process definition and TrackWise requirements gathering, training, etc.
Participate in validation activities and assist in creating & reviewing documentation, functional testing throughout the project life cycle.
Works with the Project team to facilitate timely issue resolution and escalation.
Participates in functional testing throughout the project life cycle.
Assists in business process definition and TrackWise requirements gathering.
Participate in TrackWise Periodic reviews and identify improvements in the system.
Go-Live support and assists in end-user training.
